Return & Refund Policy
At IChoose Global, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of every plant-based snack we make — from our Cashews and Mushroom Jerky to our Fruit Snacks and Space Soup. If something isn't right with your order, we're here to make it right.
1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or refund. Requests received after 30 days from delivery will not be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund.
2. Eligible Returns
We accept returns and issue refunds or replacements in the following situations:
- Damaged in transit — Product packaging is broken, crushed, or contents are spoiled due to shipping damage. Resolution: free replacement or full refund.
- Wrong item shipped — You received a product different from what you ordered. Resolution: free replacement of correct item or full refund.
- Quality issue — Product arrived past expiration date, sealed pack appears compromised, or product is visibly defective. Resolution: free replacement or full refund.
- Missing items — Your order arrived incomplete. Resolution: missing items shipped at no charge or refund for missing items.
- Order never arrived — Tracking shows delivered but you never received it (after carrier investigation). Resolution: full refund or free re-shipment.
3. Items Not Eligible for Return
For food safety and product integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Opened, partially consumed, or tampered-with products
- Products purchased from unauthorized retailers (returns must be made through the original retailer)
- Products beyond the 30-day return window
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling, improper storage, or exposure to extreme conditions after delivery
- Custom orders, promotional bundles, and clearance items marked "Final Sale"
- Products purchased with a "Sample" or "Free Gift" designation
4. How to Request a Return
- Email our Customer Care team at info@ichooseglobal.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Include the following information in your email:
- Your order number (begins with "ICG")
- Your name and shipping address
- Reason for the return
- Photos of the product and packaging (especially for damage or quality issues)
- Our team will review your request within 2 business days and respond with next steps.
- If approved, we will provide return instructions or process your replacement / refund directly without requiring the product to be returned (this is determined case-by-case).
5. Return Shipping Costs
If a return is requested for reasons other than IChoose Global's error (e.g., you changed your mind, ordered the wrong flavor, or no longer want the product), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If the return is due to IChoose Global's error — including damaged shipments, wrong items, quality issues, or missing items — IChoose Global will cover all return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label.
6. Refunds
Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed as follows:
- Refund to original payment method: 5–10 business days after approval
- Store credit (issued upon request): Same day as approval
- Replacement shipment: 1–2 business days to ship after approval
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, the refund may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement.
7. Restocking Fees
IChoose Global does not charge restocking fees. The amount refunded will equal the original purchase price of the eligible item(s), excluding any non-refundable shipping fees (when applicable).
8. Damaged or Defective Items
If your IChoose product arrives damaged or you discover a quality issue, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing info@ichooseglobal.com with photos. We treat all damage and quality issues as priority cases and aim to resolve them within 48 hours.
9. Order Cancellations
You may request to cancel an order before it ships by contacting info@ichooseglobal.com as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return under the terms of this policy.
10. International Orders
For orders shipped outside the United States, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and return shipping costs. International returns must follow the same 30-day window and approval process described above.
11. Wholesale & Retail Orders
Wholesale, retail partner, and B2B orders are governed by the terms of the applicable Wholesale Agreement or Purchase Order, not by this consumer Return & Refund Policy. Please contact your IChoose Global account representative for return procedures specific to your account.
12. Policy Changes
IChoose Global reserves the right to update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. The most current version will always be posted at ichooseglobal.com. Changes will not be applied retroactively to orders already placed.
